The car drove fine before I did the work, at first the lights and fuel pump would turn on, but car wouldn't crank. after a few tries and messing with the battery connections now after I turn the ignition it clicks (in the engine bay) and all the power cuts out. All of this happened after I did a head gasket, timing belt, injectors, afpr, wideband, and new turbo install. It was dark out however it did seem as though all of the grounds and connections are in place. And if it matters I'm running a maft pro on this setup also. I'm stumped does anyone have any advice?

Double check all your wiring to the ECU. Check ECU connections as well, possibly one got pulled out.

Did you use a Soldering gun or did you use crimp connectors?

I didn't touch the ecu when I did this, and when I hooked up the wideband I soldered everything. Also I wired the wideband to run as a narrow band too.

if your starter is clicking that means your ignition is engaging but not turning the engine over, maybe your battery drained. try jumping it with a fully charged jump pack or with some cables doesnt matter just wait a minute before you try turning it on so it has a chance to start to charge.

It was just something as simple as a the battery needed a jump. The car ran fine.

Make sure it's charging or we'll see you back here shortly with another thread.
You should see at least 13.8v at the battery when the engine is running

1.make sure the battery has 11-12 volts with a voltmeter
2.look at the fuses on the battery
3.check the single wire that goes to the silonoid on the starter many times the connector needs to be wiggled to make contact to engage.
4.to see if the alternator is charging while the car is running pull positive terminal off the battery, if engine continues to run alternators working, if not, check fuse under hood 80amp see if blown if its not, possible alternator is bad. Autozone checks them for free

Do not do this. The battery is a big filter on the alternator's output. Pulling the cable can cause what's known as a load dump and cause the voltage to spike potentially destroying the ECU and other electronics in the car.

This test might have been ok in the past back before computers controlled the car but it's not a safe practice today.

Check with a volt meter under load. A dead alternator will be very obvious if you turn on the lights, heater, rear defroster and brake lights and see the voltage drop below 13.6v.

Yes I know and have already fix the problem, the terminals needed to be replaced on the bat. This isn't my first drive around the block.
