my car steers to the right and I can feel it pull right when im on the highway. Theres no noise like knocking or clunking however my passenger side CV boot is torn and I can see the rubber slap the other half when the wheel turns. Can this be the cause of my wandering wheel? Ill wait for a reply so I can get this issue resolved immediately.

If your CV boot is split it could cause a little wandering. I would check tie rod ends.

Car would not pull too much to one side because of a boot. Just sounds like you need a good alignment done on it..

I did consider an alignment but the steering wheel moves like a clocks hand clockwise leading me to believe that there might be something wrong. Before I put on my eibach springs my car had coilovers and it sat lower than now. I saw where the axle boot would rub on something else I dont recall. But not anymore.

Check all motor mounts, replace tie rod ends (like $20 a peice). Replace boot or entire axle. GET ALIGNMENT! You should never alter a cars ride height without getting an alignment afterwards. I always inspect my suspension before having my car aligned because throwing in new ball joints after a fresh alignment is like throwing money out the window. Does your car vibrate of "hesitate" at all on hard accelerations? If so, check those motor mounts. Good luck

haha yeah for sure about checking tire pressure.. Good call.. But like I said man get that alignment done, it will most likely take care of your problem..

ok guys problem solved, well not completely. My drivers side tire had a huge bump in the middle of it. Bought a used tire for $25 and problem solved, drives straight. I guess I should of inspected both sides a little more thoroughly in the daytime not at night with a flashlight. Anyhow CV boots on both sides are torn and it does click a little but I saved myself from a blown tire on the highway(which has happened to me on my stang, NOT A PRETTY EXPERIENCE). Thanks for the ideas guys and please always respond to peoples problems on these forums. I hate to read some guy's thread, people help and guy never reports the results.

You're still planning on addressing your CV boot issue, I hope.
