Replacing vacuum hoses with ones made for fuel?

Will this make a difference, or is it a no no?

not just the vacuum hoses, also the one that goes from the turbo to bov etc..
 
Just go get some flexable silicone hoses made for vacuum and positive pressure. I would be concerned that the fuel hose would collapse under vacuum as it's not made for it.
 
The fuel hoses that I'm thinking of are much thicker than the factory vacuum hoses. Doesn't that make them less likely to collapse?
 
It would, but they are made to support vacuum, only positive pressure from the fuel.

Do you already have the hoses and that's why you aren't getting actual vacuum lines?

Exactly, LOL.

I actually put them on about an hour ago and went rippin' around; they seem to be ok so far. At least better than the originals. No cracks!

I'll probably just buy a few feet of hose from these guys:

You local autopart store should have them for like .75 cents a foot. I got like 7feet for 5 bucks with tax.
