Hi,

i need to replace all four of my turbo bolts with different ones. I would prefer not to use heli-coil if i can, so i can't use OEM thread and pitch bolts.

My plan is to find some good hardened bolts that i could re-thread into the turbo housing.

Has anyone dealt with this before? What would be a good thread and pitch to use?

Thank you

You can go a size larger and tap what ever you want to. Drill out the holes....

You can just drill out and use bolts with nuts if you want as well. My talon is done that way on 3 of them.

Do what ever floats your boat.
