which seal? if its to the input shaft on the tcase just use a pick or something of that nature to pull it out. you cant damage anything with that just pulling it out.

Am I supposed to be prying it from the inside out? I swear this thing is not coming out. I've ended up scraping the top part of the seal and now I see bare metal which I'm not sure belongs to the case or the seal.

This thing does NOT want to come out!
EDIT:

got it.....

I just rebuilt a 23-spline T-case last summer, and I don't recall any of the seals giving me an exceptionally difficult time coming out.

I was able to cross reference all of the tapered roller bearings and oil seals in the entire case and order them through my local parts store for around $85 total.

You can't go wrong with a seal removal tool:

Should run you about $8.95 from your local parts store.

If you don't have a seal remover, try to pry with a screwdriver and then go to the opposite side and tap in to try to roll the seal.

how did yo remove the smaller bearing off the drive bezel? Also whats the cross reference number for that bearing?

I have a bearing removal kit that is designed for pulling bearings from the transmission shafts and cases of motorcycles.

I wish I remembered those numbers for ya, I'll try to dig through my old invoices and see what I come up with.

That would be great. I bought a t case but it had 23 spline out out but the drive bezel was 22. Pulled apart my blown t case to swap bezels and can't get that bearing off. Where can I get that puller from you used? Dumb question I know but I woukd have not a clue to look for motor cycle tools.
