2G Recommendations on goal

You guys have been tremendous help so far, thank you. First time dsm owner, 1998 GSX w/91k miles. I'd like to make the best use of the aftermarket turbo, increase the boost a little and add bigger injectors but nothing that will sacrifice drivability or engine health to a degree. I was curious how big of injectors the stock fuel pump could handle and with what psi boost? I think ideally I'd like to stay under 18psi since I have stock internals but you guys would know best. Looking into getting ECMlink, boost controller, slightly bigger injectors and a good local tuner. What would you recommend?

3" HKS Exhaust
3" Megan racing downpipe
FP Cast Turbo manifold
Revised lifters
Kinugawa internal wastegate (stock psi)
"Custom" TD-05 20G
CXracing radiator and punishment racing FMIC

All mods were on vehicle before I purchased it by the way, the only thing i've done is lots of maintenance and making sure everything is fresh (timing belt, cam seals, clutch, flywheel, etc). I know all the tuning stuff can get a little pricy so i'm debating if I need to upgrade the entire fuel system or if I can get away with just injectors and a wee bit more boost.

Fuel pump isn't really a mod. It makes sure you can delivery enough fuel for whatever demands the engine/ecu are asking. Anything not large enough to do that isn't a good idea. Stock is definately not a good idea for what you list and 100% worse if you add injectors. Stock fuel pump simply doesn't flow enough.
Read the post. Tell us what you're trying to do. Making a mod list is not telling us what you want.
Objectively you need whatever size injector you need to reach your goal. You have some flexibility there. Fuel pump, same thing. A little more is better than not quite enough or just right. What you choose will dictate what other parts you may need to run them. Can you run a a giant mechanical fuel pump on a bone stock car? Yes but it isn't necessary.

All i'd like to do is safely increase the boost to a level that won't affect reliability and enjoy the aftermarket turbo. I don't have a set horsepower number in mind. With that being said and my mod list, what size fuel pump and injectors would you recommend? Also as far as tuning goes...what's my best option? I know it can get pricy getting into tuning, i'm really just looking for a bare minimum to support more psi and get the fuel flow right.
