rebuilt 7 bolt wont start

I have RESEARCHED the hell out of this and it is driving me crazy....i believe it is either my Crank sensor or cam sensor, but i am getting no fuel or spark, the fuel pump isn't even kicking on when i turn the key. would either of these cause this? any help would be much appreciated.. thanx

If your CAS is bad you won't get spark (obviously) and your fuel pump will not come on.

Fuel is related to the crank sensor.... now with that said, it is only for the 2G 7-bolt not the 1G 7-bolt as the 1G doesn't have the crank sensor.
