Reassembling head,any pointers?

I'm reassembling my cylinder head and I don't know if you should lube valve seals,what kind of grease,etc?What about the allen head oil galley bolts,what kind of sealent,torque settings?Any Tips?

lube the vale stems with white litum greese, wheel bearing grease will work too. the lube on the valve stems will lube the seals when you install them.

the oil galley plugs, just tight , with a touch of teflon paste on the threads.
