okay i was on my way home from columbus today and i was on an overpass that i know is covered in potholes and so i was trying to dodge them and i hit one and the passenger rear strut went through the mount. i have pictures but they arent very good i just want you to know what i'm talking about. right now i'm very low on funds and from what i hear this is a dealer only part and advanced auto, autozone, and napa all do not have it. well the chrysler dealer here in marysville can get it in but its $62 a piece and they cannot get any in til late next week or early the week after. does anybody know where i can get this part? i cant wait that long to get it as this car is my only way to and from work and school. anybody who knows please help me

nope everything is still there just the plate that mounts the strut to the strut tower was rusted out and with the force of the car it just broke the plate around the washer and so the strut just came up through. the studs and everthing are still there

crimsondragon Nice. Did you completely shear the studs off?

What part of the picture r u lookin at. I see three in the first pic w the one in the middle disapearing, nut is still on the shaft which leaves the actual mount still bolted in.....
