I’m replacing my rear main seal housing and I noticed a gap between the housing and oil pan should I be concerned about this
Or just send it?

i wouldn't be worried about it.
i can't tell from your pictures if its a bent flange on the oil pan or if the oil pan bolts aren't tight enough. You'll be resealing it when you re-install the housing so either way, its nothing to worry about.
