with the proper rod ends (teflon or kevlar coated) what has the life expectancy been?

i plan to do more autocross this next season in my 1g, will these hold up alright?

I tried the teflon coated rod ends and they held up a little longer than the cheaper metal-on-metal rod ends. The teflon coating was also quieter, the metal ends developed a clunking noise once they wore out. Both were good for two seasons of drag racing with some weekend street driving. I imagine autox would put more stress on them.
