1G Rattling sound on acceleration

I have this rattling sound if accelerating hardish and if I suddenly let off the gas. I have read and searched extensively on here on this subject. I believe it is either the flywheel or throw out bearing. It does not do it if I give it gas while sitting still. Only moving. Any way to know for sure easily? I have a clutch and flywheel replacement on my to do list anyways. I may need to move it to the top of the line.

Also could be from T-case or driveshaft carrier bearings.
