Quick exhaust/emissions question

So I took my car to the gas station for an inspection, exhaust failed as there are cracks and leaks.

Now I want to get one of those ebay catbacks like this one:
95 96 97 98 99 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE GS RS CATBACK EXHAUST: eBay Motors (item 290374366913 end time Aug-22-10 16:40:04 PDT)
and have them install it.

My question is that will this pass inspection/emission? It has O2 sensor spot right?

Also, is around $90 to install it reasonable?

your best bet is to but a legit exhaust system. its a toss up if that one has the o2 ports and an ebay one will most likely be alright at first but begin to get louder and louder with time. i had the Greddy Evo II system on my old ESi and ii loved it. great tone and looked great. it had all the o2 ports on it. my favorite part about it was that it didn't look like i just welded a fart can on my car. just my .02 tho

Anyone know how much an OEM system would cost me? The ebay one looks like it does have an 02 port though so I might give it a shot for $107.

Anyone in MA get tickets for non-stock exhaust systems?

The picture looks like it has a spot for the o2 sensor. I wouldn't know why it wouldn't. I bought the cat-back for my TSi AWD off ebay and it had a place for it and I've never heard anyone complain of getting an exhaust system off ebay that didn't have a spot for the o2 sensor; it just wouldn't make sense for them not to put one on.

A aftermarket exhaust will pass if it has a cat and both o2 sensors are hooked up.
