questions on tune up

Hey guys today I'm going to replace my spark plugs and change all fluids.(except tranny. First off what motor oil should I use, rloyal purple.etc. and what is the spark plug gap for a 6bolt turbo 4g63? O and what oil should I use for my diff in the back?

Spark plug gap=.028
engine oil-i use brad penn 20w50 but a lot of people use 10w30
RedLine75W90 for the rear differential
