Question regarding safc and dsm link version 3

Hello I was wondering if I can have my safc (which is already hooked up and tuned) and my dsm link hooked up at the same time, and if so what wires or what settings do I disconnect or change to make it work in harmony with each other. I do not want any tuning capibilites with the safc I just want to have it for information on the fly. I kno this is a werid question and Im sorry I just like the damn thing.

Yes, you can. Just zero out all the settings in the SAFC (set for factory 450cc injectors) and use link to do all the tuning. Then you can just use the SAFC as a display.

Thank you for the fast response. What injectors would you reccomend with dsm link? i got 550 rcs in it now and I have a evo 3 turbo

I was once in your position i got 1000cc injectord thinking it would be all fine with my evo3 16g i had, until i sold it before bolting it on and went to a pte6152. The 1000's max out at around 500 hp 90%IDC @ 55lb/min and much sooner on e85

Anyway moral of the story is, you will alwaya want more power, and with ecmlink you should get the largest injectors you can afford. Injectors are expensive things to buy twice. And you can tune any size injector with link.

oh wow! yes horsepower is a drug but i would like to max out at 350 hp. I still wanna drive it as many days as possible. what injectors would you reccomened for that setup?

I'd look into an FIC 900-1150 size. Some of their new high-z injectors are nice. This will be plenty for your goal but give you some room to grow if you choose to.
