dsm link version 3

I just got version 3 tonight for my gsx and when i went to start the car, I heard a buzzing noise. It sounds like a buzzing alarm. Is it possible that I did not install the version 3 chip correctly?

Could it possibly be your walbro 255 fuel pump?

make sure its not something else or your car alarm coming on if you got one.

I didnt install the pin correctly. I thought i had pushed the chip all the way into the socket. Low and behold, I did not. The car fires up now so everything is ok
