OK, ive got the orange light on beside the check engine light, looks like a little radiator. what is it for. ive checked everything and cant figure out why its on. ive checked coolant level, all the sensors. theres no CEL. so what do i do?

I have the same problem..

My plastic reservoir is completely bone dry, is there supposed to be coolant in there? I thought that was just for overflow if your coolant boils over.

There is are min/max lines. Yes it catches some when the coolant is hot, but it can draw back in as well.

Yes there is suppose to be coolant in there. Thats why your light is in. If you look on the bottle you will see a fill line.
