Just wanted to know how the PR 2bolt Tial 38mm o2 housing fits in the engine bay. 2g bay to be exact.
I've looked around for an answer but couldnt find much information.
jjrock5's video shows an OEM radiator and both OEM fans fitting with a PR recirculated 38mm MVS set up.

I also am going to be running a bolt-on HX35 and am hoping worse case scenario, I can run an 11" SPAL puller for a secondary fan.

Thanks for any help.

I just responded to this same question the other day. You need to look harder.
I even have 4 journal entries that involve this.
It depends on the manifold for placement of the turbo.

Thanx for the tips guys. but it doesnt really help. I've seen both of those posts and they dont offer hard evidence relating to my situation.

My set up is going to be a ported 2g exhaust manifold and bolt-on HX35 set up to run an o2 housing wastegate. I cant use a pusher fan because I have a FMIC, B&M external oil cooler, and A/C condensor in front of my radiator. So I really, really need to fit 2 pullers in the engine bay.
I have a Tial 2 bolt 38mm with 20psi springs ready to go, but if i cant fit it along with 2 fans, I will probably end up having to re-do my entire set up......which would really suck.

Did you read the Liquidx build thread I believe he is running the sam set up.

Probably would be able to clear with that setup. I'm running a PR MVS with aftermarket radiator (thicker), slim fans and a shroud setup. You may not be able to run a shroud but as you can see, without it, I'd have a lot more room. It still clears though.

Pic of mine.

I've found plenty of info on the Punishment vband o2 housings. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/turbo-system-tech/372083-punishment-racing-o2-dump-w-tial-mv-s.html

I need info on the 2bolt housings in a 2g!!

I understand what you are looking for, but what I'm telling you is that the MVS has a tight fit and you'll have even less clearance with the 2 bolt because of its nature in design. You're not going to get a stock fan in there and I highly doubt a shroud but a slim fan should be no problem.

Thank you. It is actually a Punishment Racing radiator + fans+ shroud kit. IMO the very best one for the price. I have the fans set to be on full time and they are holding up great.

You wont be able to run two pullers, not a chance. The best thing you can do is buy a nice pull 16" SPAL thats rated at 1630cfm and run it on that passengerside, thats what Ive got (except mines a push since I dont have AC) and its been enough to battle the 110*+ AZ temps so far.
