Okay i did some research but couldnt find much on this topic. im wanting to get a evo o2 housing for when i put my 20g on because the stock o2 housing isnt going to cut it on the spool up time. How many people have 3" exhausts and easily fit this o2 housing on and how many have problems getting it to fit right?

thanks
david-

dejon sells an exhaust designed for the evo 02 housing. its at a different angle, so one one "doesnt have problems", they just ignore the problem that the different angle creates, and thats a torn flex section which leads to a huge exhaust leak. what 3 inch exhaust are you talking about? you should probably get a 2g and port it out or get a tubular full 3 inch o2 housing.

well i just bought a new dsm and its got a custom 3" turbo back (or what it looks like) and i want to put a evo o2 housing on it. i guess i will buy a ported 2g one to make up for the diffrence.

When I put my EVO 02 Housing on, my down pipe (3in-stainless-Buschur) would hit the side of the transfercase. I had to get a little creative to get it to clearance, but I got it to work none the less. Bending 3in stainless isnt an easy task. Infact it was a pain in the ass. Good thing I didnt have to massage it all that much to acquire the space I needed.
