...ROFL wow your funny.....ok and yes i thought it should bolt up but its not on this car i'm working on which is why i asked, but thank you so much for your help, i'll let you get back to the bashing of dsmlink.

Actually the evo III studs are wider apart. If I can remeber it's about a 1/2 in. or 3/4 in. farther apart.

This is correct. The studs on the EVO O2 housing are actually 4/10" further apart. The EVO studs are spaced 4" apart (from center of stud-stud).

I have an EVO III O2 housing mounted right now and the stock exhaust. I didn't need to bore out the holes. The only issue I ran into was the angle. I had to get one bolt started then jack the DP up to get the second bolt started. Now the DP shroud rattles against the T-Case until things warm up and the muffler is tilted slightly.

When running the stock exhaust I needed to open up the dp holes. Theres also a different dp gasket. The angle is different, if you run a stock exhaust, it'll be pushed into the t-case. I'm using a RRE downpipe set up for the evo3 which fits very well. No issues with it.

thanks guys, ya i'm going to go with the RRE Downpipe/Apexi N1 catback, seems to be the smartest way to go! Won't be doing that till i park the car for winter, till then just going to use the stock O2 housing with the new turbo and just be patient for once, haha, thanks again guys,
ISSUE SOLVED!!!!!!!
