I just bought a pte 5857 and wanted to know if my factory oil drain tube will work or if I need to buy a custom one.

You will need to buy one. The Pte uses a garret flange I believe. Extreme psi sells the return kit for I think 60 or 80. Call Pte and see what there recommendations are for that turbo.

I'm using a garrett drain on mine and other than that i cut the ribbed OEM flexibl hose a few inches from the top and use a rubber hose to connect it to the garrett drain, works just fine on my BB PTE 67mm turbo
