I wanted to see how the exhaust and compressor housing clearance was so I bolted the turbo setup up and with the assistance of the gf since the L19s went MIA :( took some pics to see if anything wasn't gonna fly. I figured it would be good since it was on Brents car but you never know. Def loving the way this is coming together.

That looks like a sick ass setup, cant wait to see some numbers on this project!!!

E85, some slicks, and some huge injectors you could easily be in the 8's buddy. Looks good, Im doing a dual housing top mount with my 42r soon, hope it looks as good as your setup, good job!

That's a sick build dude, it's one of the cleaner one's I've seen. You're a lucky guy for having a gf that helps out, can't wait to see what the finished product is gonna look like

there are a few of us out there that have GFs that help and support our addiction to DSMs... i have one of them also!! My build isnt even close to this point yet but yours looks very well put together.

Nice build and im also waiting for the dyno vid

My GF is very comfortable with my DSM addiction too. She is always trying to learn what parts are what. It's funny when she just randomly guesses but at least she's trying. Most girls won't even ask what any of the parts are cause they could care less but she likes to go fast and wants to know what the parts are that are aiding in the speed.

I can tell you right now you're going to have trouble with that tstat neck. I had to cut mine off all the way back to the base to get the angles even close. Even then, I had to mill the housing to get it not to kink. If you use a 30 degree fitting instead of a 45, you may be ok. Looks good man, cant wait to see it in October at the Showdown.

I will either do a 90 degree fitting hook up on both widest and go under the intake or I can use the piece that Brent sold me with the cut out in it but I'm not a big fan of that and its only 4inch and I want a true 5inch intake.
