Problem with the IAC, newb question

Here are the links: on the 1st link, the gauge looks clear but the engine sounds bad. So look at both of them.

Yea so I was told that my rpm doesn't stay constant on neutral because of the IAC and was told to clean it.

What parts do I have to take off to get to the IAC????

I took the filter off but anything else?
