Carefully remove the door panel, peel off the plastic dust guard, take a peek inside, use a flashlight, poke your hands in there and grab and wiggle and move stuff. There is no magic advice that anyone can really give you to help your situation. The fact of the matter is you need to tear in to 'her and see what the dealio is with your car.
If you remove the door panel and don't see anything super obvious that stands right out as to why your having this problem, take the other side door panel off and examine the window track adjustment on the window that works good and has no issue. Then try to adjust window track on messed up side to match the good side. Good luck
