im trying to find out if my power transistor connector is shot. i found a thread on here of a pin out it said that pin2 and pin7. i took a test light and tested what ones i have power on heres what i got. power on pin on whitch is black with white stripe and pin3 which is black and white and pin4 which is white with black stripe. does anyone think that this could be why im not get spark on 2&3 coil? ive replace the ecu coil wires plugs cas and power transistor any help would be awsome!

try your haynes manuel there is a section in there to tell you how to check your power transistor, also another name for it is your ignition control module. try that search. also it think that you check pins 3 and 7 check with a multimeter and if there is continuity it is bad. try it

i dont need the transistor ive replaced it 4 times its the connector that im trying to figure out.

ok i tested them and i have power to the larger and small black and white wires but the blue and black wire has nothing. i thought it might be been the pin not connecting good enough so i tested it before the connector and still nothing. ive been trying to track this spark isue down for mounths i replace the ecu, coil, i have a 1g cas and i changed it, changed PTM, thanks for the help

The blue-black goes to cyl 2,3 coil primary so check if you have power there. The PT just turns on to provide the ground for the coil so if the PT is disconnected you should read +12v at the PT since power should be on the other side of the coil (and you will read the power through the coil).
