Power transistor

I have problems with power transistor in cylinder 1 and 4 and in the test light the light without ordering signal + for bolt 8 of the battery 1,5v. I bought another new md189747 and lights the light without signal as in the old one! where it can be the problem? help

Eu tenho problemas com o transistor de poder no cilindro 1 e 4, no teste a luz acente no pino sem o sinal + da bateria1,5v para o pino7. Eu comprei um outro md189747 novo e a luz acendeu sem sinal como no transistor velho! onde pode ser o problema ?

Are you sure the problem is not in the ECU, wiring, or cylinder 1 & 4's coil?
If you believe it's the power transistor, try heating it up with a heat gun or hair dryer to see if it will fail.

the problem not this in power transistor... ,....Error of the ECU: Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction P0340...
