Power steering problem

ok so i had the foaming over flow problem and I bled the lines and put new in. It stopped doing it but now when i turn it makes a noise and its kinda hard to turn?

Your pump might be going out or belt is loose and slips under a load. Hope its not the rack and pinion.

Keep driving it and making some sharp turns, It will bleed out by it self, (if the pump and rack are good).

I forgot to mention that i haven't drove the car in a few months due to a flywheel needed replaced. But its in now
