Me too! It also pissed me off that my 2Gb Talon came with a 2Ga Talon front bumper. It pissed me off even more when I realized how goddamn hard it is to get your hand on a 2Gb Talon bumper. Finally found one and will be picking it up this weekend.

OH man!! That would make me really angry. Finding a good hatch is equally as hard.... most are rust damaged.

Here's some more of my 95... and of some the one strut tower (the underside, and other tower are pretty bad as well). So yeah, "Snow White" is actually just a shell now; but the 2gb parts shall be painted and trasnfeed over to the blue 95.

ahhh... i have a 1gb i LOVE so much.. its actually a DL with a swap!
But i want a 2gb in my drive way soooooo bad, always have! Like them over the 2gb eclipse, and they are more rare!!

The blue is my Favorite color! Pics please. It will look damn sexy with the 2Gb bumper and spoiler on it.

My DSM is actually a 2gb Eclipse I converted to the 2g body pieces that I like. I kept the 2gb Eclipse spoiler and rear bumper but put on 2ga Talon sides and the RARE 2gb Talon front bumper which I love. I also vinyled the top of the car matte black, paint was too permanent and A LOT of prep work. Below are some pictures. My car kind of has a identity crises but nobody really knows the difference unless they're DSM heads like us.

HAHA. You go to the oldest picture in my gallery and pull it? I still have those wheels, I was using them as a T.V. stand for awhile. My car is only a few bolts and plastic tabs away from looking like that (minus the all red spoiler) but thats when it was A/T and a GS-T, I gotta make it look like its AWD and has something under the hood.

My absolute favorite body style. Maybe bc i have a 99 gst but i love the curves of the eclipse. And also i apologize for the lack of knowledge ive only been a member for a year and just really getting into the dsm game. But can someone explain the difference between 2ga 2gb and so on so i dont feel so lost. Im trying to learn as much as i can about these cars and i hate not understanding what i am reading...thanks a lot

But I will admit I do like the black 2gb eclipse headlights. Would this work on talons with the gb bumper? I know with eclispes when you switch ga to gb you have to change the headlights, is this the same for talons?

You can split the housings and paint the chrome reflectors black. Check out Jungy's profile, he just did his. He took out the orange reflector and put a clear one in and spray tinted it too. It looks bad ass

I'm glad you're 5-speed AWD, but looks wise, that period for you couldn't be beat. I used to think I had a really clean red 2g, but then a few years ago, I saw your car. Take that as you will.

Thanks Reggie, I appreciate the compliment but if it still looked like it did 2yrs ago then I'd look like every other '97 Eclipse on the road and it wouldn't be my own. I wish I could have that stance back but it was just too low and wasn't practical for DD'ing.
