looking at picking up this 2g manifold to replace my 1g mani. looks like the divider has been removed and ported a bit. Should I stay away since the divider is gone? or would it still be a good buy for pretty cheap?

They did take a chunk out but it could be a lot more material missing. I haven't ran a heavily ported 2g vs a stock 2g, but i think you're in for an upgrade and its a solid purchase.
I still see curvature in the collector area, not sure how much is crucial. Sure someone else can say definitively if thats too much or just right.

fwiw, mine is ported and i took the humps off the collector, just not as far.

I ended up getting it for $45 shipped and im happy with that. Ported pretty well, I finally got it installed today and dam what a difference. My old 1g mani was cracked pretty good around the collector divider, and unported. The power comes on much sooner and feels more 'alive'. Its starting to become a car finally.
