Please help whats wrong with my car

i had the car siting with the head off the block for a month now I installed the head back and my compression is at 90 all accrossss do you guys think that my piston rings colapsed???? or what could be the problem? thanks

What you did to the head? some special work? The rings might be bad, but usually 90 across the board in all cylinders is weird. Did you properly torqued the head bolts? you were sure you installed the head gasket in the correct position? definatly check the rings, you can take out the pistons and the rods, from the bottom (crankshaft) for inspection.
