Please HELP! I need some information from mitsubishi usa !

I'm doing engine swap for my eclipse 94 non turbo, to turbo engine.

And i cannot get permission to do it without official papers from mitsubishi that says all the info about the car and the Emissions of the engine it has. I can't get those papers from europe.

So PLEASE! could you help me, i'm really desperate here...

I would need official papers that says what kinda emissions does Eclipse GS-T engine have and also would be super great to get official info about GS-T other things from usa mitsubishi.
So mitsubishi here can do comparison between euro GS and usa GS-T suspension/brakes etc...

Could you please help me with this, either maybe someone could ask these papers from mistubishi there, or direct me to some person who could help me.

This is really important, cause without those papers i cannot make engine swap

I would be in million depth to you if someone could help me with this!

Well when it's gotten from Mitsubishi, then it's official.
