Need some technical information regarding ABS (expert please!)

I need some information regarding years and whether the car has ABS or not.

Right now I have 1993 Eagle Talon AWD TSI hubs and I want to know if they have ABS or not. Is there a simply way to check?

They are on a 1992 Galant VR4 and I want to enable the ABS system. I have done all the research on tooth count and the ratio so that is fine. I just am not sure if these are ABS hubs or not.

I have been told that 1993 ALL have ABS but it wasn't a very credible source. I don't have the VINs for the Talon or I would have ran them.

Any help would be appreciated,

if you can still see the car or remember abs on a 1g is huge and right by the battery.

im pretty sure on a 2g its the axles that have the tone rings on them. And the knuckle has the bolt holes for the sensor.
