So I bought a parts car with Ross pistons and the lower end was machined .30 over there mounted on 1g big rods but I want to order nice rods what rods would I need to order just stock size manleys? Thanks guys

If the ross pistons are hung on stock rods, very good chance that you will bust/crack/distort the piston when it is pressed out.

H beam rods are full floating, that means there are clips on both sides of the wrist pin to keep it in place.

Stock rods you heat the small end to expand it, then slip the wrist pin thu, then the rod shrinks and holds the wrist pin.

Yes leave the rod/piston combo alone.

You can always try to have the pistons removed, but do not be shocked if they tell you you will need to replace one or all of them.

I don't see a problem with those rods holding up to the 16g you are running. Unless you swapped out to a bigger turbo and didn't update your profile or you are building the bottom end to go big later, that's another story.

Well this motor would be for bigger power since the motor in my 2g currently is a stock lower end and I need to update my info because I'm on a 20g ATM and was thinking why it go bigger what will that combo hold for power .30 over,Ross pistons,1g big rods, mls hg,arp head studs, all arp hardware on the lower end?

What is your HP goal?

Why a MLS HG?

If you install ARP mains, you need to have the line bore checked. Align hone as needed.

I would say my goal is 5 600whp in the long run. I just want to know the best path and I've had no issues with the multi layer hg seeing as my current setup spikes 33psi and holds 27 through redline but what do you think I should use?
