Piston and rod orientation

I know this may be a stupid question... or not xD

but, is there a special way the rods go into aftermarket pistons or can i assemble them in any way? i bought Wiseco pistons and have the 1g 6 bolt stock rods to go with them ( i already had the machine shop do the pin thing) so can i just install the pistons on the rods any way or is there a way the pistons must be facing one way to meet the rod?

The rods have letters on one side, that side should point to the timing belt. Press your pistons in according.
