2g piston/rod question

this prolly sounds like a stupid question but does anyone know how to remove the connecting rod from the piston from a 2g car? im feeling pretty stupid, i also might just be missing something

The wrist pin needs to be pressed out to get them apart.

I dont remember on DSMs, but some are pressed in and some are held in by a C-clip type thing i think.

You have to take them to a machine shop and get them pressed off.

Not stock DSMs. Pressed, about four tons worth.
