P1104 code>>>ideas?

My 97 GST has recently thrown a CEL. The car runs fine, but the light bugs me. I scanned it and got a
P1104 Manufacturer Specific Powertrain Trouble Code
No one Ive talked to has heard of the powertrain p1104.

Please help me figure this out.

It means that the boost control solenoid (BCS) has either been removed or has failed.

That is what I was thinking, but because it came up as powertrain I just ignored it.
I just went and checked and my BCS has completely fallen off somehow. The solinoise is gone but the wires are still there. Is there something i can do to with out buying a new solinoid? Like cross the wires or something?
