Spyder p0304 misfire on cylinder #4

i have a stock 97 gst spder with a misfire i replaced
sparckplugs
sparplug wires
ignition coils
cam shaft sensor
crankshaft sensor
car runs great no misfire while it runs but after a 40 mile drive and let it iddle for about 5 mins it missfires any ideas

I had this code, and it was due to bad rings causing low compression. Try a compression test

I did a compression test
Cylinder. Psi.
1. 135
2. 170
3. 165
4. 170
Could it be a worn out crankshaft bearing

Two, three, and four seem okay, but one is definitely outside the service limit.
Do a leak-down test.

Also, recheck the gap on your #4 plug.

I switched the injectors around but injectors are good

Will check ptu and do a leakdown test

Ok so I pulled the spark plugs out and I pluged them in and crank the motor and I got a weak spark on cylinder #4 what can cause that

Did a leak down test loosing about 15% in all cylinders what should I gap my plugs to I read some other post they say to gap them at .020. I also pulled my cam positioning sensor it had some fine metal shavings and oil. Is it supposed to have oil in the cam positioning housing

turned out to be bad intake gasket
