Hi everyone,
I know there are threads on stuff like this but my issue is very odd and specific. Basically, every morning I start my car (2g with 6 bolt swap) it will start and run on 3 cylinders. Once the car runs for a few seconds, I shut it off and restart and the misfire goes away. I get a code for cylinder 4 misfire also. I decided to uncheck the “cylinder misfire” box under the DTC section of the DSM link and it doesn’t misfire anymore? But I’m sure when I check the box again it will misfire again.. anyone know what might be wrong here?
New plugs and new wires didn’t resolve, new ignition transistor didn’t resolve either

How are the fuel injector plugs? Good, no corrosion, not busted and hard as a rock?
I have replaced them before just to be sure I had a good connection. Also, could it be injector related? The easy way to tell is to move that injector to a different cylinder and see if the misfire follows it.
