Ill try and make this as short as possible.

When I bought my 90 the wiring harness was really messed up after the injectors. Where the collant temp sensor goes, the coolant gauge and the 02 sensor.
In order to fix the issue I had to cut a harness off my donor 91 and hardwire it in.
Everything works fine, No CEL's.

Well last night I hooked link up in the car and started to log and right off the bat the 02 was stuck at 5v. As the car warmed up it would start to try and read but was very slow. Finally it got hot and pretty much stuck at 1.0v.

My issue is this, when i cut the 02 harness to rewire it there were only 2 wires in the harness where I cut. I believe one was a ground and the other was a white wire. Around that there was a shielding wire. Well since there were only a black and white wire i matched that up with the new harness.
I then took some wire and wrapped it around the wires to help reconnect the shielding wire that was now cut.

I believe this is my issue and Im not sure what to do to properly repair it.

Anybody ever spliced the 02 harness before?

Get the harness and re do it, a brown wire, 2 black wires, a white wire, if im correct. Hard to follow, i jsut swapped the old harness with another? We need pics.

where i cut the harness was right up by the throttle body after the injector harness and there were only 2 wires and then the shielding wire. Im gonna unwrap it tomorrow and re-check it. ill post a pic then.
