I'm going to build a 98' 7-bolt into a Long Rod 2.0L.

I can buy a full Manley Long Rod 2.0L Rotating Assembly like this from E-PSI.
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Manley Performance Mitsubishi 7-Bolt Rotating Assembly (2.0L): Forged "Race Series" 88mm Stroke Crank w/ 156mm Rods
^^^ $1800 shipped with the ARP 625+ Rod Bolts.

Or I can piece together my own Long Rod 2.0L Rotating Assembly using the following components:
Custom 8.5:1 Wiseco Pistons or Off the Shelf Manley LR2.0L Pistons
156mm K1 H-Beams (called K1 to verify, yes they are a stocked item.)
ACL Race Main and Rod Bearings w/Thrust Washers
And pick up this stock Evo crankshaft that has had the following work done to it:
Price would almost be the same with the Custom Set-up coming in a little under $1700 with shipping on the rods, pistons and bearings.

-- magnaflux checked for cracks
-- measured and confirmed for stock journals size
-- fully cleaned
-- micropolished rod and main journals
-- all oil galleys drilled and tapped (factory ball bearings removed,
--drilled out larger size and tapped, oil passages fully cleaned, and tapped plugs installed).
--This insures that there is no debris in the oil passages, and permits easy
--cleaning if your engine is disassembled in the future).

--The crank is in excellent condition, and you can be sure that it will drop in
--with stock bearings, because it was measured to do so.

--$450 shipped

Mile high crank is a legit place, you will have no worries with using anything that comes from them.
