How are you testing for power at the injectors? With a test light, a noid light or a Multi meter?
another way to test is to disconnect each injector individually, monitor idle rpm drop and reconect, then repeat on another injector. If an injector is not working there will be no change in rpm after disconnect.
Good luck
Can I do the OHM meter to check the wires, from the ECU connector to the injector connector?
You should be able to test continuity with a multi meter on the circuits from the ECM to the fuel injector connectors. Your readings should be at or near 0 ohms as the ECM uses these circuits to control the ground path for the fuel injectors. Also, with the ignition key on, use a multi meter to test for 12 volt positive at each of the injector connectors. If you are not getting 12volts to all of the injectors, then your injector resistor pack is at fault, as all circuits in the resistor pack receives 12 positive from a common feed. If both of these tests pass, you can make a set of noid lights using some 194 bulbs, (marker light bulbs). Just bend the small wires at the base of the bulbs straight and plug them into injector connectors. Have someone crank the engine over and watch to see if all of the lights are flashing. If they are all flashing, then your injectors are probably at fault. If some fail to light, then you probably have an internal ECU problem.I tried this and I got nothing. Does any one know how to test the wires

I pretty much checked the injectors already, and I've tried two different ecus so its gotta be the wiring, maybe the MPI relays???
Injector connector voltage
4- 7.66
3- 7.67
2- 7.8
1- 7.9
well I just checked the voltage coming from the injector pin on the ECU and it was 11.32
