ive been looking around for reason i would only be getting spark on 2 plugs. heres what i have come up with i switched the coil, plugs, wires, power transistor and my 1g cas. but still nothing what else could cause me to not get spark?

only thing you haven't touched is the ECU...
how were you testing for spark and what 2 cylinders aren't getting it?

The ECU or wiring from the ECU to the power transistor.

i switched the wires on the back of the coil and got spark on the other 2 plugs. i had a extra power transistor pluged it in and same thing. does the transistor need to be bolted to the intake? because i was getting spark on all 4 but i put another intake on now this is going on.

2 and 3 but i switched the wires on the back of the coil then i get spark on 1 and 4

that eliminates the spark plugs, plug wires, coil pack, & ignitor right there. i know you already replaced the cam angle sensor but id be skeptical since thats 99% of the time the culprit. keep us posted, theres only a few things that can cause this so we'll get it figured out.

im testing the CAS by rotating the nipple thing of the CAS by hand i hear the fuel pump kick in and the plugs spark.
