Only connect once?

I can connect to my ecmlink fine initially. I can take a log and record for any duration. As soon as I stop stream or capture. Ecm will disconnect, try to reconnect automatically and fail. I will not be able to connect again untill I turn off the car completely and unplug the usb port. Connecting the port and turning the car back on usually fixes the issue....? I can never connect twice with out turning off the car....

Anyone have this issue?

Never heard of that, maybe check out your ecu, or contact tom at ecmtuning he is great when you need help.
