On dsmlink v3 lite is there an option for horsepower/torque?

LOL those measurements are pretty worthless. IIRC the only reason DSMlink guys threw them there is so you can see what gains or losses you get by changing parameters of your tune. They are only to be used as a reference to see if youre going in the right direction; not accurate enough for bragging rights. You'd probably be closer using the lbs/min x 10 method of estimating whp.

I would never use lb/min myself. It's most useless in estimating actual HP you are making (via Link) since there are so many things that can affect it's accuracy. That's just my opinion from looking at hundreds of logs. HP/TQ is very good if you use the correct weight of your car (with you in it), have 100% traction and a flat road. Measuring 70-90mph times in 3rd gear is also a good HP estimator.

Make sure you added those parameters to the captured list. HP/TQ are not automatically logged like in V2.

For the most part it is fairly accurate, mine hovers around 280-300 but that is also untuned at WOT and letting off due to knock (havnt had the time to tune WOT yet) it does spike too, I've had it spike from 380 all the way 779 LOL, for best results get on a dyno LOL

So in this picture it shows that my horsepower spiked to 419, but it was at 4500 rpms

No. You should not consider any spikes as being real data. They are just outliers. You should be able to reproduce your HP estimates with no changes being made to the tune as long as everything (mostly boost, timing adv) is the same. Sometimes, there can be a glitch in the HP calculation maybe from a sketchy rpm reading etc. I normally have a stretch of road where I will make a 3rd gear pull in one direction, turn around and do the same pull in the opposite direction (for consistency) and my HP estimate is always within 10HP. Also if you have a slipping clutch, wheel spin you will get errors in your HP calculation. There are also some cars with funky speed sensors (or CASs) that are much harder to get a good HP reading since their readouts are too noisy.
