My oil return line from the turbo to the pan broke at the connecting fitting (its two pieces connected, one from the turbo to the connection, then another from the connection to the pan). Does anyone know a site that sells replacement oil return lines? OEM or stainless steel flex, either will do. I just really need to fix my car and can't find this part. Also, any idea what size the fittings that connect to the turbo and the pan are? I assume there are different sizes for different engines/turbos. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean where the line flexes, if so for a temp fix take and cut the tubes about 1" from each flange then flare out the ends and put a piece of high pressure hose over the flared ends ,then put hose clamps to hold them in place. If I am not mistaken DSMotorsports sells them, check the vendors page.

I just bought one from DSMparst.com and it should be here tomorrow. I dont' need it now because I was keaking oil and replaced the gasket and it's fixed. Will sell it to you for $60 shipped and you save I beleive $5-$7 bucks. email me at [email protected] or call 240-353-9244

More importantly - put copper gaskets from electrical lugs under the bolt heads of the Turbo Oil Return to Oil Pan fasteners or you will drive yourself NUTS seaching for leaks.

Whoops! Boy was I wrong. Okay, the oil return line is the thick J shaped piece going from the turbo to the pan, with the flex section. So the skinny metal line that runs from the oil filter area to the turbo is the oil supply line? Is that right? Because THATS what broke. It broke at the little metal fitting. If thats the case, one of the DSMparts.com stainless steel flexible oil supply lines would be perfect, right? Sorry about the confusion, I mixed things up in my head.

Thanks
