Oil Return help

Ok, I did a bit of searching....it's late i gave up.

I got a kink in my return line off my T25 turbo (had to reinstall while my 16g is being rebuilt)

Installed thinking no biggie well now the damn thing is leaking oil. Not a Ton but enough to piss me off. I'm OCD about leaky things.

Anyways. Is there a way to self remedy this and make it to where it won't leak or should i bite the bullet and buy a new return line. And need be to buy a new one where can i get an OEM one so that it will fit the car?

If its leaking anywhere but the bellows(the thing in the middle of the return line) then you should just unbolt and clean everything up and reinstall, torque to spec, that should keep it from leaking.

If by bellows you mean the slightly bendable part no.

The line itself got bent. I'm guessing the metal is a aluminum. Causing a small hairline hole to come about.

I'd say probably a couple inches away from the turbo is where it bent and the hole is.

Now we have a shop in town that sells oil return lines (not stainless) that if i got a section cut of a small section of the existing return line and put it up and over the hole and then clamped both side of the hose down it would work the same way it just wouldn't be all completely metal.

I could be wrong in thinking this but to me it seems like a very suitable idea that isnt half assed and would hold up fine.
