Oil coming from the t25 into my intake.

Most likely. Figure the turbo is 15 years old unless it's been replaced...even if there's no shaft play the aluminum sealing ring that Garrett uses on the compressor side tends to lose it's spring tension from constant heat cycles.

Although I'm curious- oil doesn't travel backward from the turbo into the intake piping. If you're seeing oil in the intake piping, it's probably being drawn from the crankcase. If the intake piping is dry but the lower intercooler piping has oil, it's the turbo.

Like Justin said, it's more than likely from the crankcase. Nothing to worry about unless it's excessive. Try looking into a catch can setup.

I noticed it putting my front mount kit on. It was in the stock intercooler and some was just sitting in the t25 where the stock piping goes. I figure its the seals no smke from the exhaust and it doesnt blow oil out of the nipple on the side of the valve cover. I got a 14b going on soon as I get a oil feed line anyways.

yes and the 14b is going on very soon. I only need a vibrant oil feed line and its ready to be installed. The T25 is maxed out and also I am going for a little more power.

I don't think I've ever removed a stock intercooler that didn't have oil in the bottom of it. I honestly think most of it gets there as a result of the PCV being routed to the intake as none of these cars ever had issues with oil smoke or turbo shaft play.

It's extremely difficult for a T25 to put oil into the intercooler piping without also dumping it into the exhaust by the design of the turbo itself. There is a thrust plate blocking the oil from reaching the sealing ring directly, and also an oil slinger to throw what little oil may exist away from the compressor sealing ring.

The only way oil can bypass the compressor sealing ring is if shaft play is present, or the turbo can't drain properly....both of which would cause turbine seal leakage as well, so there would be a ton of smoke out the exhaust.

That is very odd then cause my car doesn't have the hose from the valve cover going to the intake so where is this oil coming from?? I don't think it would just sit in the outlet of the turbo...

No smoke and no shaft play....

If you have no hose to your intake pipe from valve cover how are you routing it then? As you need away to remove the pressure? Do you have a catch can setup! Post a pic

Oh ok, are you sure its not there from awhile ago! Ive not got a catchcan and I have small amounts of oil in my system but ive got an in-line filter that collects alot of it, them filters just on there own will not do your car any favors and it wont really filter anything either as it needs a vacuum to pull it through.

Take your down pipe off and see if you have oil in there aswell, that will confirm the seals in the turbo are bad
