with this mod NO ONE has broken 6.20's.

i would say flip the BOV around so it vents to the front. then run in REVERSE and it's like RWD applications. better a pusher engine than a puller. just watch your sharp steering wheel movements.....

:hmm: If I add a 3 foor tall wing, some NOS stickers and a riveted in floorboard, do you think I would be in the 5's?

DUH. why u think i have been running Diamond plate floorboards in my '95 TSi since '92? it just plain WORKS.

u know how VW's run plaid interiors? my interior is NOS stickered and they come down to the bottle so its ALWAYS FILLED.

dont tell anyone but i am actually checking out with Bauscher a pure NOS setup that doesnt use their engine that sprays pure NOS out the back of the car to propel it!!! DUDE HUGE NOS FLAMES!!!! im planning on hitting .000001 .60ft and flat 4.01's all nite.
 
SWEET!!! NOS stickered interior sounds sick. Are they JDM NOS stickers? Thats an extra 10-12 horses right there. You know if you add color to those NOS flames, you could brobly hit .0000001 in the 60ft and 3's in the 1/4
 
well this is my 2.4L stoker engine.. it has 4g64 crank with eagle H rod, je piston .20 bored 9.1 compression, stock head ,
PTE SCM6152e turbo, 650 injectors, 255 walbro, safc tuning, tial wastegate... want to push 20psi of boost or more

my goal is to reach 400 whp :hellyeah:.. am i goin the right path or i need more thing .

Scrap the safc for tuning, it wont cut it with the new motor and injectors. You should definitely get bigger injectors or you will be severely limited in getting 400whp. Also need a fuel pressure regulator for the 255 walbro. You have a clutch that can handle the power also? So for a short list

Slicks to put down the power or you will spin allll day long
 
I agree with the changes the changes Dyesuperman said. Also if you plan to run on 91 octane I would consider meth injection. But that turbo should be able to flow enough air for 400 WHP without trying to hard. So you are pretty good there.
 
yea i have already a fpr and mickey slicks....right now im just want to brake in my engine with this setup then later on ill buy dsmlink and 1000cc and meth injection...... ohh man so how much do u guys thing ill make with my setup??? ...
 
Link and injectors will take you where you want to go. you will love the torque from the stroker and should get a good spool up from the turbo. im on a 2.3 and guestimate more than 400 whp. link and injectors are a big deal. im only running 20psi on a slightly larger turbo. i cant say enough good things about the stroker though.
 
He asked if his projected mods should be able to reach his goals or if he needs something different. While I suppose this MAY be technically bench racing. I dont see why people trip like this. I would understand if he just said "Hey guys here is what I got how much power will I make?" He didnt do that till later though. He asked if he was on the right path to attain his goals.

Yes dude your looking pretty good for you goals with the minor changes that have already been mentioned. Dont forget a better clutch and some stiffer motor mounts.

As far as the how much will you make with what you got. The bench racing thread is the best place for that question. Just keep this thread on the tech side and people will be less abrasive here.

Also Im not sure if your saying that you have a 4g64 block and crank being a 2.4L, or if you have a 4g63 engine with a 4g64 crank being a 2.3L.
