I was wondering what are the OEM plus items for these cars? Specifically 1g.

I already have a NIB car phone getting installed
And also know of the special Talon wheels.

What’s else is there that was OEM+ or other options offered from factory?

The Evo123 is a bit of an "OEM+" parts bin for the DSM. Larger turbo, injectors, intercooler, etc. Ralliart Japan also made some Group N and dealer performance parts for other platforms that carry over to the 1G:
Front LSD, center VCU (in addition to a stock Evo rear LSD I guess) and upgraded clutch
Lots of suspension bushings for GVR4/Evo123, plus engine mounts
Upgraded ECUs & gauges
Pedal covers, shift knob, steering wheels, Recaro seats

The Galant AMG cars had improved engine components that technically qualify, too.

Special talon wheels? Elaborate please.

I still think the whole “oem+” term itself is ridiculous, parts or “buildz” being considered oem+ is all based on someone’s opinion and what one person calls it is different from the next person. However I’m with Paul, please enlighten us on the “special” Talon wheels?

The Recaro seat upgrade back in the day always made me laugh.

Now, they're not 100% identical (side bolster shape is slightly different), but Isuzu put those seats in a lot of their cars (I-mark, Trooper, etc.) back in the day.

I remember back in the day (2001-ish) when the head of RalliArt UK called me when I was running Concelli Mitsubishi's online parts division and asked me if we wanted to be the distributor for RalliArt products in the U.S.. My excitement quickly dwindled when I asked him for pricing on diffs, etc. for the DSMs, only to have him reply "Those really aren't available anymore--it's mostly promotional items...keychains, shirts, hats.."

I’ve always got the vibe that’s as far as Ralliart has ever gone in the U.S. Aside from throwing a badge and nice wheels on a base econobox and selling some key chains and hats at dealers it seemed as we never got any of the performance parts and any of it that would be useful has been extinct in Japan for even 20+ years now. Instead we got knockoff stuff all over eBay, “hey let’s slap a Ralliart logo on these $150 dollar seats!”. Based on Jackie Chan’s Thunderbolt I’m guessing the Ralliart spark plug cover really did exist before they were copied in China and sold all over eBay a few years ago, however I’ve never seen a real one as far as I know and can’t imagine there’s many out there. I know I did see a “tuned by AMG” plug cover for a real fair price not that long ago.

Those seats are legitimately good looking, they were a good upgrade for anyone who got the super base model seats in their cars. They still look so cool.

Ralliart has been dead since the 2008 financial crisis, but they got the Group N parts off for the Evo X just before they left, and they were pretty good. Aside from the cosmetic items for the Evo 8/9, they never really gained a foothold in the US market, which is a shame. An Evo 8/9 with the full Ralliart bolt-on catalog would be a fantastic car, and arguably what it should've come as from the factory. These days they just sticker-package some SUVs, which are Nissan rebadges.
