i like my o2 dump. sounds crazy. shocks people that have never been you car before or heard it. plus i get a nice smell of exhaust gases. love it.

You will not gain any power with this, it will just be super loud and you won't really hear your turbo spool like you use to when it was rerouted into your exhaust.

Was always curious about the gains. Just ported a Megan 02 housing for my friends EVOIX. After seeing the kind of turbulence that the wastegate merge creates, I could almost believe there has to be some gain just not having it merged. The problem is the higher the boost you run, the less you dump. On the other hand, the Subaru camp swears up and down about the gains an external dump creates, but then again their wastegate merge is about 1" from the turbine wheel and completed undivided. I think they should be bought for reliable boost control not power gains, IMHO.

I felt a huge difference after going with just a stock o2 housing and a 3in open downpipe to adding my external o2. But the external o2 was also quite a bit larger than the stock o2, so it's hard to say if it was the external part or just the size.

DSM-onster says the biggest restriction to a turbo is the one closest to the turbo... the o2 housing.

Hahaha. This is too funny. I'm looking at habitatguy187's O2 dump pictures and thinking to myself, "Damn, that looks just like my old Victory Performance Atmospheric dump." You know, the one that used to cost $300.

The Ebay peices are nice that's all I've got to say. Plus they're 1/3rd the price.
